Description
Fixed mounts threads directly into your booster housing and allows you to remove the booster piston, spring, and piston retainer and use this single component on your fixed barrel firearms. Sprung pistons should not be used on a fixed barrel firearm as this will cause the booster assembly to batter itself to destruction. This part saves about an ounce of weight versus running a booster piston and fixed barrel spacer.
5/8×24 is a good fit to direct thread to 300BLK subsonic and .357 guns. 1/2×28 would work for 1/2×28 threaded 9mm carbines.
This mount is not intended for use on any higher pressure cartridges like 300BLK supersonic or 5.56/.223.
If a fixed mount isn’t your style you can spend a little more and option for a 3 Lug QD system

Bought extra direct mounts for my Rev 9, to mount on a rifle and MP5 clone. 3- lug wont work on POF MP5, too much paint. However the direct thread mount worked well.

Everything you buy from Griffin is top-notch quality and these fixed mounts are no exception. My advice: get some Horse Jipe (best product name ever) and put a little on the threads. It will help you remove the mount when the time comes….trust me, I found out the hard way!

I found out the hard way do not use an ultrasonic cleaner with purple power to clean the mount or the suppressor. I did and it took the finish off.

This accessory allows me to mount my suppressor my scorpion. I’d like to say permanently but who knows if it’ll be forever?

Purchased this so I could use my Rev45 suppressor on my Sig MCX Rattler Canebrake. Worked perfectly. Just unscrewed the piston that was used for a pistol, this screwed on and onto my barrel.

Shipping was really fast. Fit and finish is Griffin standard excellence. The mount is used to attach my Optimus to a Bergara BMR 22 Mag Rifle. Installation is as easy as removing the spring and piston from the booster assembly, screw the unit into the suppressor, install the 22 end cap and enjoy.

I bought this so that I could use it on my Ruger American Ranch 300 BLK. It works perfectly with Sig Sauer 200 gr subsonic. Everyone needs to remember if you are using your Revolution with 300 BLK use [ONLY] subsonic ammo.
