Description
The Griffin Armament Paladin Brake is a compact 2-Port Taper Mount muzzle device that is compatible with all of our taper mount silencers and accessories. Geometrically designed to keep weight to a minimum, the Paladin Brake offers full size performance without the weight penalty.
Equipped with two rearward directing recoil reducing ports, with vertical compensation slots, the two port brake provides flat shooting performance in addition to maximum braking power. Melonite QPQ provides a durable, attractive finish. The Paladin is machined from high strength 17-4 stainless steel that is corrosion and wear resistant.
.22 CAL -1/2×28 version and .30 CAL – 5/8×24 version are pre- drilled for pinning and welding.

I wish it was a 3 port that would mitigate muzzle rise a lil better but for a two port it is amazing.

It took a little work to find the right combination of shims to get the baffles horizontal but there were plenty of them supplied to find the right combination.

The taper mount in general as well as this Paladin brake are the kind of fantastic products I’ve come to expect from GA. I’ve been a customer since 2007 and since the very beginning they have strived to give customers what they want, unlike many other manufacturers who want to tell customers what they should want. Well made, well designed, shipped quickly, includes shims for timing, I have no complaints. Can’t wait for my Paladin suppressor to come so I can see how they work together.
