Its a piston spring….. Lost my original. Worked great on a Silencerco piston.

My CGS 9mm cans were having oddly sharp recoil. Felt like I was shooting .40. Grabbed a pair of these, and while installing, I noticed that they were longer (free length). The problem went away.

Tested it today, ran great. Let’s see how long this lasts, supposed to be stronger than the stock spring for CGS 9mm suppressor.

Bought thus spring for my CGS can. I was literally missing my target by feet at 25 yards. This stiffer spring fixed my POI problem.

After CGS basically said I suck at shooting or it MUST be my ammo… I finally read on Reddit that CGS makes terrible booster springs. Just swapped it over to the Griffin spring and bam, went from a 36 inch spread down to shooting 4 leaf clovers. Very thankful that Griffin provides these, since CGS was not trying to help me with my accuracy issues.
