The Recce series of suppressors are a long standing staple in the suppressor market segment.  The 1st generation Recce suppressors were debuted in 2012 with the purpose of providing compact, durable, accurate, rifle specific suppressors to the market.  These suppressors have received continued technology enhancements and revisions over the years to keep them at the tip of the spear in the suppressor market.

The MOD 3 Recce 7® features a fully-welded 17-4 H900 heat treated stainless steel baffle system offering the apogee of multi-caliber sound performance. This baffle system is tuned such that performance at the muzzle of the suppressor and the ears of the operator are balanced for a uniform and low sound signature in the immediate vicinity of the shooter.

Elite tactical units requested minimal flash signature and Griffin responded by expounding on the low-profile flash reducer integral to the suppressor end cap. This flash reduction device adds only a couple tenths of an inch in length and reduces first round flash considerably vs flat end cap (featureless) designs. The integral Griffin Taper Mount interface is a gold standard in the industry, providing secure attachment, and unbeatable accuracy to consumers for over a decade.

The Recce 7® is fully CNC machined, and tig fusion welded from 17-4 stainless steel for maximum thermal transfer and unparalleled strength and durability. Every component in the Recce 7® is manufactured from solid, high temperature corrosion resistant 17-4 Stainless Steel, and then H900 heat treated to ensure maximum service life is provided. Years of internal testing has found 17-4 stainless steel to provide longer service life than 718 Inconel, the prior market leading alloy. 17-4 stainless is also twice as strong as cast Stellite 6, used by some industry companies. A Taper Mount EZ Brake is included, making the Recce 7® a terrific value.

Overall SPL on a 12″ 300BLK with Remington 220 Subsonic is 123DB, quieter than some 22 rimfire suppressors on the market.

RESTRICTIONS:

• Recce Suppressors do not have minimum barrel length restrictions or constraints for rifle calibers. While longer barrels promote longer service life, there are no barrel length restrictions with this suppressor!
