Description
This specific muzzle device was designed for use with the HK M27 to allow bayonet attachment. It also works the same on M4/M4A1 platforms so long as your barrel is the USGI length. There are commercial barrels designed to perm A2’s to 16″ and 16″ M4 barrels, which are not USGI length. The USGI length barrel pins 14.625″ from the muzzle crown to the breach face of the chambered bolt.
The DUAL-LOK™ Bayonet Closed Tine Flash Hider was designed for a military service branch. It provides enhanced flash suppression and rise compensation performance vs A2 compensators, especially on short barrels. The closed tines will not snag on thick vegetation. The 5.56mm Model features a BFA groove and retains compatibility of the Bore Sight Collimator and Blank Firing Adapter. A 3-position wire cutter was added to the front of the unit, to support breaching hasp locks and wire obstacles as well as the clearing of urban concrete loopholes (clearing rebar after using a sledgehammer). CNC machined from a solid bar of heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel, the DUAL-LOK™ Closed Tine Flash Suppressor is built to last.
The bayonet/BFA groove allows attachment of verious accessories including a BFA adapter when a silencer is not in use.
