The DUAL-LOK® mounting system was originally designed for elite hostage rescue teams and special forces contractors desiring a lightweight, minimalistic, and accurate mount with an active physical lock. Griffin has brought this mount to the consumer market for anyone desiring a quick-detach, precise, active-locking system free of wear-prone ratcheting parts.

DUAL-LOK® features an integral taper which seals gases in preventing fouling of the QD thread and forcing perfect alignment of the suppressor to the bore minimizing POI shift. The sprung retention collar can be locked in one of two states creating 120 effective locking positions yielding extremely predictable, if any, changes to POI.
