Optimus® suppressors are low backpressure, additive manufactured (3D printed) suppressors constructed from 17-4SS and INCONEL® 718.

The printed baffle core is laser-welded to a machined rear mounting interface, allowing warranty work to easily be performed in the case of baffle strikes or other damage to the suppressor.

The quad-tine flash killer end cap works in conjunction with the high-flow baffle stack to significantly reduce visible flash signature at the muzzle, while allowing venting of gases out of the end cap significantly reducing felt recoil and toxic gas blowback.
