The Griffin Armament AK Flash Comp interfaces with our QD Blast Shield
The AK Flash Comp optimally combines the functions of three traditionally separate classes of devices- Muzzle Brakes, Tactical Compensators, and Flash Suppressors all built off of our Hammer Comp design.
For optimal flash reduction we recommend 14.5″ or longer barreled host weapons. Extreme durability, low concussion flash and recoil reduction are the wave of the future- the Flash Comp provides an elegant solution to a complex problem.

Build quality is great. and the comp works perfect. Works very good on both muzzle rise and flash without being very loud. Would have been nice if it came with a crush washer, but overall a fantastic product.

This flash comp works great on keeping your muzzle flat while reducing flash output.
Mine did not come pre-drilled, went through 5 drill bits trying to make a hole to pin and weld it. That being said im very confident in this products durability. My only other real complaint is the product video is clearly of a different flash comp. I believe they are showing the older model but the pictures are correct.

This fits well with the SD30 can. Looks nice on an AK. My only real complaint is that it hurt me to pay 100 dollars for a 2.5″ bit of metal… But that’s par for the course. All the fun things cost money.
