Griffin Armament Thread Protector for Taper Mount muzzle devices only. Not for use with M4SD or 30SD (SDQD Muzzle Devices) These are not required for operation, but some consider them nice to have. Suppressor mounts included with suppressors do not include thread protectors.
Thread protector has taper mount interface and does not shoot loose.

This thread protector is a great item to have for those who don’t have a can. Just be careful not to put it too tight if so you will not be able to get it off.
