The acro footprinted dot mount has become increasingly popular in recent years for its rigidity and consistency of alignment. Griffin has sought to offer its customers a lightweight, QD dot mount at an affordable price. This Acro-footprinted dot mount affords compatibility with the Griffin Micro Sight™ (GMS™) red dot, as well as other optics with this style of cut. The QD detented locking knob makes installation a breeze with the ability to change hosts rapidly while maintaining rigidity and proper alignment. Machined in Watertown, WI from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, Griffin’s QD dot mounts are hardcoat Type III anodized for maximum strength and abrasion resistance.
