The Taper Mount PLAN-A™ adapter provides a Griffin Taper Mount interface for the Silencerco® Charlie Mount used in SAKER® ASR™, CHIMERA™, Hybrid®, Velos™, and Omega™ .36M suppressors. No proprietary tools required. Machined in our Watertown headquarters from billet 17-4 stainless steel, this adapter provides a precision made interface that gives you access to nationally recognized Griffin Taper Mounts and accessories. Precision, durability, and value are at the core of Griffin product design and manufacturing. This product allows you to affordable kit up with the best muzzle devices in the industry.
The exposed length or length added of the Plan-A™ when installed is .387″. This allows for a wide range of taper mount accessories to be fitted to the suppressors.

Ive been waiting for awhile to see this when Griffin was teasing it. The other mount options for the silencerco cans were pretty expensive. I was blown away to see the quality griffin put into this for the money. Best option on the market for value and I get full access to the Griffin muzzle device line. Home run Griffin!

Bought both a Plan A Saker and Plan A Omega to mount my various SiCo suppressors to the wonderful Griffin taper mount brakes. I like the taper mount so much, I am going to mount minimalist brakes to a couple of my DT hunting rifles for use with both my SiCo and Griffin cans. I like the taper mount over direct thread for the lock-up and thread protection.

I purchased this and several muzzle devices to replace my ASR devices. The reason for the change was primarily to save weight. I had no problems with the ASR system, but I wanted to try to lighten my firearms where I could. The ASR system is/was about 1/4# heavier than the Plan A system with the single port brake. It also shortened my Saker 5.56K by 1cm. Overall I’m happy with the result. I’ve shot about 100 rounds since the switch and the Plan A is working as advertised. Great option for those looking to make a change.

Fit my Saker 556K perfectly. Reduces the overall length and weight slightly. Mounted length is slightly shorter too compared to the ASR.

Waited much too long to use this on my Saker. Taper lok does the job and no longer with the moving parts. Saves a few ounces and length.
