Description
The Griffin Armament Gate-LOK™ muzzle devices interface with Gate-LOK™ suppressors (M4SDK, M4SD2, 30SD, and 30SDK) as well as the QD Blast Shield.
The GATE-LOK™ Hammer Comp provides a sacrificial baffle that reduces recoil and ensures maximum service life of your suppressor. Slanted compensating features provide tuned muzzle stability. CNC machined from a solid bar of heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel, the Gate-LOK™ Hammer Comp is built to last.
Includes shim set and features an integral over-travel stop to maximize ease of attachment with GATE-LOK™ suppressors.
This muzzle device should be timed with the Griffin logo in the 6 o’clock position to ensure proper functionality and compensation.

One of the best CA compliant muzzle devices on the market. Not only does it mitigate muzzle rise, it also does that other thing CA looks down upon. Very effective, priced extremely well, same dimensions as an A2 birdcage and is a suppressor mount! You can’t go wrong with anything from Griffin Armament, but with confidence.

My favorite muzzle device. I have the hammer comp on two 11.5 inch carbines, and a 10.3 inch PDW. My M4SDII suppressor mates perfectly with the hammer comp, and the sacrificial baffles that it provides gives me extra piece of mind.

I purchased two of the M4SD Hammer Comps to put on my 10.5″ 223/5.56, and my 20″ 223/5.56. Both weapons functioned flawlessly with this devices installed.
