Constructed of 17-4 PH stainless steel, the Taper Mount EZ-Brake™ features 6 radial slots which provides effective recoil mitigation. The Taper Mount EZ-brake™ weighs 2.0 ounces, making it one of the lightest mounts available for the Taper Mount Interface. The lighter weight reduces suppressor system weight while making the host firearm barrel lighter and more responsive to the shooter. The EZ-Brake™ does not require timing and will interface with a 13/16" standard socket wrench for installation. Taper Mount Thread Protector is compatible with this muzzle device for added protection of thread mounts.

Top notch quality.
The Taper mount EZ-Brake was very simple to instal without having to worry about timing. Attaching my Bushwhacker 46 to my AR-15 is a breeze and my point of aim/impact did not shift at all when installed.

Wow. I was so impressed with this muzzle brake, that I took it to my parents' house on Christmas Eve to show my Dad and Brother-In-Law, and they were both highly impressed as well, to say the least. GA is flat out my number one rated manufacturer of gun accessories. I have switched all of the guns I use a suppressor on over to either their Taper Mount or Gate-Lok devices, and just two days ago I ordered one of their MK1 AR-15s in 300 Blackout. It is exceptionally rarel for me to buy a new gun sight unseen, but I trust their quality that much. GA is the absolute pinnacle of quality in gun accessory manufacturing, and the Taper Mount EZ-Brake is certainly no exception.

Fit & finish are perfect.
I have moved to taper mount muzzle devices on everything. Not only do my GA suppressors fit, but others like YHM with a GA Plan A adapter fit perfectly. In fact the Plan A is much smaller than the YHM QD adapter making my firearms much more manageable. The minimalist brake is short enough to not reach the first baffle, doesn't require timing and looks amazing. The quality of machining and finish is top notch just like all GA products.
