The Taper Mount Direct Thread Adaptor provides a direct thread interface for taper mounted suppressors. Two sets of wrench flats make it equally simple to attach or remove from the suppressor or your firearm's muzzle threads. No proprietary tools required. While it is convenient to have direct thread suppressor capability that can move from host to host without the need for additional muzzle devices, it is important to remember that each host firearm must be checked for baffle alignment via visual inspection before firing.
The 1/2x28 Insert can be used with cartridges up to 9mm caliber and the 5/8x24 can be used up to .338 caliber.

These adapters are very well made and absolutely needed if you want to install your can directly onto your barrel. I needed the 5/8"-24 for my Bergara and Ruger rifles. The 1/2"x 28 was needed for my 22 cal. rifles and pistols.

Purchased both Taper Mount Direct Thread Adapters for my Optimus Suppressor for the full-size configuration. They fit great and will be a great addition to this awesome suppressor.
They went right onto the rifles and right into the suppressors, maintaining perfect concentricity to the bore. I've had other manufacturer's adapters that failed one or both of those tests. They have superb products and are great guys to work with!
