Precisely machined from high-grade 7075-T6 aluminum to exact tolerances, the MK2 lower is a premium rifle platform offering proper fitment and utility with mil-spec lower components. To enhance durability, the MK2 lower is hardcoat type 3 anodized for superior resistance to surface wear, scuffs, scratches, and discoloration from cleaning solvents and oils. Included with this lower are Griffin's ambi magazine release and ambi bolt catch & release controls offering increased usability for right and left-handed shooters.

    The lower was exactly what i was looking for and is my recommendation to anyone who's looking for an ambi lower. Has everything you need the ambi mag release is protected, yet still functional. Ambi bolt release is easily accessible. The lockup with my uppers is solid, no wobble. All around great product, really happy with it. Prefer this lower receiver over my Radian ADAC lower too. The finish on the radian is better, but I prefer the controls and lesser weight of the griffin lower. A minor addition I would like to ask for, is for griffin to include the mag release button just so it matches the rest of the controls, its minor but im a little OCD.

    I mean, it’s the UIC from the original designer without the ‘designer’ price gouging. I ordered two of these and they both mated up PERFECT with two BCM uppers. Zero play or wobble, and the Ambi bolt release requires the least amount of effort of all Ambi lowers I’ve tried so far. You’d better believe that probably all of my rifles will be getting this lower in the future. Congrats to Griffin for being able to use their own design! ??

    First off love the lower griffin had a great deal for us hard working Americans for the holidays. The lower is beautiful looks amazing. Had hiccup in the process and they fixed everything in a speedy way. Thank you for the awesome lower and communication and taking care of me.i will be a returning customer. If your on the fence grab this lower amazing piece. And if worried about anything dont .griffin is good to go.thank you griffin

    This lower punches well above the price point. I have only used one but will be ordering at least one more. I might even snag the Terra Brown!

    I have purchased 5 of these lowers for builds and in my opinion they are the best on the market. Would highly recommend. They are my go to for ambi lowers.

    Smooth anodizing, comfortable controls and a great value. Paired mine with a Centurion Arms thermal fit upper and they fit together perfect with zero wobble.

    This was a great piece for an even better price point. My Clone has come together with some other outstanding parts, and once the muzzle device has cured it is off to the range to see my hard work pay off. Customer service has been excellent as well! Would purchase another one but safe is full.
