Griffin Armament’s DUAL-LOK® 5 model is the lightest  model in the DUAL-LOK® family of suppressors. Griffin utilized the new DUAL-LOK® locking mount system with this suppressor, an often demanded feature by government customers.  This combined with multiple generations of R&D brought a compact, highly durable, low flash, and top performing suppressor to market for government and civilian customers. 

The DUAL-LOK® 5 features the patent pending DUAL-LOK® mounting system, an accurate, robust, reliable, and wear free system with robust muzzle device support.  The suppressor itself was designed to have minimal flash signature, POI shift, and gas blow back, coupled with maximum strength, durability, and high sound signature reduction performance.  

Baffle technology for this product is linked to a recent Griffin patent and aggressive 4 month R&D program, making the suppressor host firearm operating system more reliable and less affected by the suppressor, reducing the contamination of breathing air in the vicinity of the operator’s face compared to previous technology.  ECO-FLOW™ baffle tech in conjunction with the patented low profile flash suppressing end cap further adds performance to the low flash baffle system.  

DUAL-LOK® suppressors are machined in Griffin’s Watertown Wisconsin facility by freedom loving Americans.

    This is my first suppressor that’s on my 14.5 BCM MK2 upper/Lower. I went with the Griffin Flash Comp to P/W to avoid SBR (also its performance if not using suppressed) I did a ton of research and landed with the Dual Lok 5 based on its weight, multiple online / YouTube reviews and Griffin Law enforcement discount. Getting a high end suppressor for a little over 730. The locking system is very easy and sturdy. The suppressor is nice and light weight and with easy to clean with their brush. The sound is phenomenal, I shot it outside without hearing protection and it was very manageable and even friends to my left said it wasn’t loud. Obviously with hearing protection is better. With my barrel the suppressor shoots about an inch lower from my non suppressed zero but my new zero is going to be just based on using the suppressor so it doesn’t matter. Their customer service was great and responded promptly to my multiple questions via phone and online. Due to their quality of work, customer service and reviews I’m debating on buying their 11.5 MK1. If you’re on the fence… do it. The gas is minimal inside but outside I didn’t notice it at all. I’m running a Geissele airborne charging handle with my BCM

    This is my first suppressor. I bought the FDE model. Absolutely no gas blowing back from the receiver of either of my rifles. Completely hearing safe with my 12.5" AR. I am thoroughly impressed with this suppressor. Although the cerakote is wearing off surprisingly quick for having only shot this once with my two rifles, having put only 20 or so rounds through it so far.

    This is my first suppressor and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase this. Absolutely hearing safe on my 12.5" AR. I cant wait to buy more.

    Wow, for how small and light weight this can is, it’s insanely quiet. The tone is very pleasant — it resembles a medium pitch “woosh” sound and doesn’t hurt the ears after a long range day. Very happy with my purchase, thank you Griffin!

    Best 5.56 can

    Very happy with this suppressor. Doesn't ring my ears one bit and the gas is nonexistent. I don't know how to explain it, but it sounds really good, sounds like a deep rush of air. Other cans I have sounds very sharp in my ears and starts to hurt after a handful of rounds, but I shot 100 rounds the first day with no ear pro and had no issues or pain after. The dual-lok mount is flawless, zero carbon lockup after about 2000 rounds through teh can in total. honestly should be the only way to mount a suppressor its that good.

    I cheated and got eyes on this early due to affilation with a media outlet. I am super impressed with these cans. The locking system is genius, the blow back is nearly non existent and the overall quality is bad ass. Next gen stuff from these guys. Give the engineer a raise!
