40 Navy Seals apparently concluded the hunt for Bin Ladin by successfully killing the terrorist leader during a raid last night. A very poor quality photograph of a corpse with fatal head wounds was aired on Pakistani TV. According to Fox News the body was buried at sea. We’ve omitted the photograph here because it is graphic in nature, not official as far as we know, and not high enough quality to suggest an image that has not been altered.

Hopefully better photographs will be released from an official source at a later time to more conclusively prove, to Americans and the world, that Osama Bin Ladin is dead.
